Bacchus 2007

Background

Bacchus is a Riesling x Sylvaner x Mueller-Thurgau crossing that produces lively, aromatic wines.  Our vines were planted in 1986 and consistently produce our most fragrant wine year after year.  Bacchus wine is naturally low in alcohol and is always light-bodied and refreshing.  It is an ideal summer wine.

Tasting Notes

Fresh, floral, lively citrus and peach aromas.  Crisp, off-dry and very flavourful on the palate.

Food Pairing

Delicious on its own or serve with appetizers, grilled vegetables or other lighter dishes.
