First Crush Rosé 2010

Background

The 2010 First Crush Rosé is a blend of Pinot Noir and Zweigelt.  To create our rosé we use the saignée method, which means we drain lightly extracted juice from freshly crushed red grapes.  The pink juice undergoes a cool, temperature controlled fermentation to preserve its fruit flavour and aroma. 

   

Tasting Notes

This wine is all about strawberry, cherry and tropical fruit aromas. It finishes off dry with well-balanced fruit and acidity. Enjoy on the summer patio with good friends!
