First Crush White
2010
Background
The 2010 First Crush White is a
blend of Auxerrois, Pinot Gris, Bacchus and
Gewürztraminer. All four grape varieties are grown in Lake
Country, BC. Blending them
allows us more creative control and consistency from
vintage to vintage. The result is an aromatic wine that is
refreshing on the patio, lively at social gatherings and
delicious at the dinner table.
Tasting Notes
Very aromatic bouquet featuring
citrus fruit, apple, pear, and ginger. On the palate it shows a
crisp,
clean acidity balanced with a touch of residual sugar to
accentuate the fruit flavours.
