Gewürztraminer 2010
Background
Gewürztraminer has always been one of our
specialities. This grape is is ideally suited to our
climate and soils here in Okanagan Centre and we believe
the long, mild growing season brings out the best in
this complex varietal. We have always made this wine in
a highly perfumed but food-friendly style with just a
hint of sweetness. Pair it with your own aromatic and
spicy creations.
Tasting Notes
This wine is richly aromatic and full-bodied with spicy,
mineral, floral and green apple aromas. Crafted in a
crisp, off-dry style, it can be paired with food or
enjoyed on its own.
Food Pairing
Pairs well with many spicy Thai and Indian dishes.
