Background
Our Pinot
Noir is a blend of fruit grown in Carr's Landing, Kelowna and
West Kelowna. Each vineyard contributes its distinct attributes
to the wine. All three vineyards are growing clone 115 yet the
fruit tastes distinctly different. We blend them to achieve
greater consistency and complexity.
Tasting
Notes
Raspberry, strawberry, cherry and violet aromas with spicy, and smoky
undertones. A delicate, medium bodied red wine with smooth
tannins.
Food
Pairing
Recommended with chicken, duck, wild mushroom sauces or Gruyere
cheese.
