Red Feather 2008 

Background

The Red Feather is a blend of predominantly Pinot Noir.  The grapes undergo a cold soak to extract just enough color to give it a nice pink hue.  It is gently pressed and fermented cool to preserve flavour and aroma.  Finished off-dry.

Tasting Notes

Abundant strawberry, raspberry, peach and pineapple aromas.  A tangy, perfectly balanced wine ideal for the summer patio.
