Red Feather 2006 Background The 2005 Red Feather is a blend of predominantly Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. The Pinot Noir undergoes a short maceration period of 3 to 4 days and is gently pressed and fermented cool to preserve flavour and aroma. It is finished off-dry and blended with Chardonnay to give it a refreshing lift. Tasting Notes Abundant strawberry, raspberry, peach and pineapple aromas. A tangy, perfectly balanced wine ideal for the summer patio. Awards
