Background

Our estate vineyard is a long way from the tropics.  It seems especially distant in the snow-swept landscape of mid-winter.  In these icy conditions Vidal reaches its sunniest and most tropical expression.  We harvest the grapes partially frozen for rich and concentrated fruit flavour. 

Tasting Notes

Perfumed, floral, peach and tropical aromas with spicy and nutty undertones.  The wine is finished in a semi-sweet style perfect for casual sipping or as a sweet treat after a meal.
