CALL FOR VENDORS: 2019 Holiday Market

We are now accepting applications for our 6th Annual Holiday Market!

Acceptance Criteria
The Holiday Market at Arrowleaf Cellars is a curated show. Preference is given to local vendors and is based on the quality, craftsmanship, and originality of the wares produced, as well as compatibility with the space. Our market is limited to twenty-four vendor spaces and aims to showcase a diversity of product types, striking a balance between food and non-food items.

10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m on both
Saturday, November 30, 2019
Sunday, December 1, 2019

Venue
Tasting room and barrel cellar at Arrowleaf Cellars, 1574 Camp Road, Lake Country, BC.

Vendor space
Each vendor will be provided with a 2.5’ x 6’ table or equivalent space. Vendors are asked to bring their own tablecloth, signage and display items.

Vendor Requirements
90% of vendor goods must be hand-crafted in BC
Vendors must commit to both event days (Saturday and Sunday)

Access to electricity is limited and must be arranged in advance.

The vendor layout will be determined by Arrowleaf; requests for particular locations are not accepted. 

Fees
Free to apply
Accepted vendors: $120 (cost includes both days) payable to Arrowleaf Cellars

Cancellation
Fees are fully refundable up to October 31, 2019.
For cancellations from November 1, 2019 to event date, fees are 50% refundable.

Deadline for Applications
