Blind Tasting

Guess what’s in your glass in this fun, guided tasting led by one of our in-house experts. Leave your preconceived notions at the door as you work through the wine tasting basics of look, smell and taste. We won’t blindfold you, but we also won’t tell you what wines you’re tasting until the end. This class is perfect for those new to wine who want to improve their tasting skills. $30+tax per person | 1.5 hours

Summer classes will be added in May

Archive Pinot Noir Vertical

Attention Pinot Noir lovers...here’s your chance to taste and compare five Archive Pinot Noir vintages from our library. Explore how annual seasonal temperatures and a wine’s age can impact the style and flavour profiles from year to year. Learn about cellaring wine, the impact of oak, and the flavours that develop over time. $30+tax per person | 1.5 hours

Summer classes will be added in May

Riesling Vertical

Ageing isn’t just for red wines - white wines like Riesling can evolve beautifully with time spent in the bottle. Ever wondered what exactly is meant by electric acidity, stony minerality and those famous petrol notes? Taste five Arrowleaf Rieslings at different stages of ageing to learn how this magical grape transforms through the years. $30+tax per person | 1.5 hours

Summer classes will be added in May

NEW! Orange & White

You've heard of orange wines but do you know what they are? In this class you’ll explore a brief history of winemaking from ancient to contemporary times and taste five wines to learn why 'orange' is a process, not only a colour. This class is perfect for those who want to learn more about how wine is made. $30+tax per person | 1.5 hours
