A cooler growing season and reduced yields produced fruit of exceptional quality, with naturally refreshing acidity. Fermented and aged for 10 months in French oak puncheons, this elegant Chardonnay originally showed ripe notes of kiwi and melon, subtle leesy richness and a distinctive stony minerality. With six years of bottle age, it offers an opportunity to discover how these characteristics have evolved, developing greater complexity and maturity over time.
