The extraordinary heat and drought of 2021 produced a distinctly ripe and concentrated expression of Riesling. Grown at Ritchie and Wendell vineyards in Lake Country, the grapes developed exceptional richness during one of the hottest growing seasons on record. Gentle whole-cluster pressing helped preserve freshness and acidity, resulting in a nearly dry Riesling with generous notes of pineapple, apricot, honey and lemon.
