Our Grapes are Coming Full Circle

 

From the vineyard, to the winery, and back again - our grapes are coming full circle.

After every harvest, we turn the pomace (skins, seeds and stems leftover from the winemaking process) into nutrient rich compost which is returned to the vineyard throughout the season. Applied directly under the vines, it protects against weeds, adds valuable organic matter, and helps keep moisture in the soil.
