Field Collection Rosé 2025

CA$24.10

Release Date: May 8, 2026

What it is
An off-dry blend of 66% Pinot Noir and 34% Zweigelt.

Where it was grown
Grapes were sourced from Wendell, Ritchie, Arrowleaf Estate and Postill vineyards, all located in the Lake Country sub-GI of the Okanagan Valley.

When it was grown
Following several years of crop losses, the 2025 vintage marked a return to abundant yields in the Okanagan Valley. The growing season was among the warmest on record, allowing vineyards to rebound and produce exceptionally healthy grapes. Despite recent challenges, the vintage stands as further proof of the region’s remarkable potential for grape growing and winemaking. 2025 is poised to be a standout year—perhaps even the vintage of the decade.

How it was made
Pinot Noir and Zweigelt grapes were harvested and processed separately. The Pinot Noir underwent up to 12 hours of skin contact to extract colour, while the Zweigelt was whole-cluster pressed with minimal extraction. After fermentation, the components were blended and aged in stainless steel.

How it tastes
This rosé offers vibrant aromas of red berry fruit—strawberry, raspberry, and cranberry—alongside delicate hints of spring flowers. The palate is juicy and expressive, with good weight, balanced sweetness, and lingering berry notes on the finish.
