Pinot Gris 2025

CA$23.10

What it is
Pinot Gris is the copper-skinned member of the Pinot family, known for producing elegant white wines with generous texture and complex aromatics.

Where it was grown
BCVQA Okanagan Valley. Grapes were sourced from vineyards in Lake Country (72%) and Summerland (17%) and Kelowna (11%).

When it was grown
After several years of crop losses, the 2025 vintage marked a return to bountiful yields in the Okanagan Valley. The growing season was one of the warmest on record and our vineyards bounced back to produce beautifully healthy grapes. Despite the recent setbacks, it was further proof that this region is a truly special place to grow grapes and make wine. 2025 is poised to be the vintage of the decade, if not beyond.

How it was made
The grapes were primarily whole-cluster pressed to preserve freshness and natural acidity. Fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks, followed by aging on lees through the spring to build texture and complexity.

How it tastes
Ripe yet subtle aromas of peach, mango, red apple and orange blossom. The palate is generously textured and off-dry, balanced by moderate acidity and a lingering finish of ripe orchard fruit.

Technical Details
Residual Sugar 6.3 g/l
Acidity 6.4 g/l
Alcohol 13.9%
🌱 Vegan Wine
