Snow Tropics 2025
What it is
After an almost 10-year hiatus, Snow Tropics returns to our lineup for 2025. This aromatic blend combines 50% Riesling, 33% Gewürztraminer and 17% Vidal, finished with a generous touch of residual sugar.
Where it was grown
BCVQA Okanagan Valley – Lake Country. Grapes were sourced from Wendell, Ritchie and Arrowleaf Estate vineyards.
When it was grown
After several years of crop losses, the 2025 vintage marked a return to bountiful yields in the Okanagan Valley. The growing season was one of the warmest on record and our vineyards bounced back to produce beautifully healthy grapes. Despite the recent setbacks, it was further proof that this region is a truly special place to grow grapes and make wine. 2025 is poised to be the vintage of the decade, if not beyond.
How it was made
The winemaking focused on maximizing aromatic intensity while leaving more residual sugar than is typical for our wines. The blend brings together Riesling’s bright acidity and razor-sharp aromatics, the floral perfume of Gewürztraminer, and the rich, ripe tropical character of Vidal.
How it tastes
Look for notes of nectarine, ginger, kiwi and lychee, with lush tropical flavours carrying through every sip.
Technical Details
Residual Sugar 14.5 g/l
Acidity 6.5 g/l
Alcohol 12.0%
🌱 Vegan Wine
