Grown at Ritchie and Wendell vineyards in Lake Country, this Riesling comes from one of the hottest and driest growing seasons on record. Extreme weather and reduced yields produced beautifully concentrated fruit, harvested unusually early in September. The grapes were gently whole-cluster pressed to preserve freshness and acidity, then slowly fermented with a touch of natural residual sugar remaining for balance. Nearly dry, with vibrant notes of lemon, lime, pineapple and eucalyptus, this richly textured Riesling offers refreshing acidity, distinctive minerality and a long, flavourful finish. Its excellent structure gives it promising potential for further bottle aging.
