A predominantly Merlot blend with Pinot Noir and Zweigelt, this limited-production red brings together fruit from Arrowleaf Estate and Ritchie Farm in Lake Country. Reduced yields and a cooler growing season produced grapes with excellent concentration and balance. Aged for 12 months in Eastern European and American oak, this medium-bodied wine originally showed rich aromas of blackberry, dark cherry and fresh mint, complemented by vanilla and toasted oak. Balanced tannins and refreshing acidity support a generous fruit-driven finish, with additional complexity developing through bottle age.
